When the prices of homes appreciated so dramatically almost 4 1/2 years ago, our Brad Colean Team lowered our rate to 3.99%. Many companies have processing fees in addition to their commission, but we never did charge a processing fee and still don't. We have no hidden fees or extra charges. We give the same full service that we've provided for over 33 years in the same location.
