Treasure Coast Real Estate Issues

I have to go to jail on October 26th. I'll only be there for a few hours, and it's inside of a sports bar, so it won't be too bad. We have noticed a huge increase in showings in the past two weeks. These showings should eventually turn into some offers. The positives right now are low interest rates, banks needing to loan money, and prices having dropped to a range where more people are able to buy. The negatives such as taxes and insurance are being worked on, if we do not get any significant relief, I'm going to vote against all incumbents, regardless of party affiliation. Sorry about the personal political jab there, but I'm getting sick of these idiots (especially a local one I will not mention by name).

 A couple of other changes I would like to hit on would be snowbirds and foreigners. The snowbirds are coming, and they are going to be happy about the prices being lower than they were last year. Some of these snowbirds are going to be buying this year after sitting the last few years out. Now for foreigners. With the weak dollar, there is a positive. The typical foreign buyers are going to be able to get one heck of a deal now, the smart ones will begin putting their money in American real estate.

 Remember, the smart buyers are buying now!
