A number of factors determine the price range of homes you'll want to preview - one of these factors is loan pre-qualification.
Should you find a home you want to make an offer on, the sellers of that home will want to see your pre-qualification letter.
We'll help you pre-qualify. Items considered when pre-qualifying for a mortgage loan include:
- Employment History
- Credit History and Scores
- Monthly Income and Expenses
We'll have two to three different banks give you a call so that you can compare rates and closing costs. You may have a lender you're already working with but we strongly suggest you use a local lender. Many lenders who are out of the area or who do business over the Internet, don't have local appraisers, don't communicate with you on the status of your loan, and often do not respect a closing date on the sales contract.
