Treasure Coast Real Estate Issues

Always Being Available
June 24th, 2007 5:13 PM

I had a chance to get offshore today and do some fishing. The weather has been spotty, and I've been too busy over the last two weeks to think about fishing. When I was coming in this afternoon, my cell phone started chirping, telling me I had voicemail. It made me think about how nice it was to have a quiet phone for a few hours, and how important that phone really is to me for business. It also made me happy that we are a TEAM.

In Real Estate, in order to be successful, you have to be available almost all the time (no calls after 10:00 p.m. please, I do need some sleep). On the occasions when I can get offshore for a little fishing, I always have my cell phone on me. The only problem is that I lose all cell phone reception past 10 miles, and most of the time I'm fishing between 10 and 20 miles offshore. This is where the team concept works so well. If I'm unreachable, someone else is always available. While this is true with other offices, the person you reach at those offices seldom has a vested interest in you. With our office, every person you speak to is a team member, with nothing but your best interest in mind. So rest easy knowing that if I'm unavailable, whoever answers that phone or email is answering it with the same enthusiasm and interest as I would.

A Few of My Fishing Related Pictures

The first picture is proof that my cell phone is always close at hand. The other pictures, to me, demonstrate what an absolute paradise we have here on the Treasure Coast.

Phone close by, as always.
